Carminati Consulting &Immuware are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join the team immediately to assist with the expansion of our SaaS application operations and project management practice.

The Role:

The Senior Sales Manager shall implement multiple business development strategies and deliver sales against annual sales KPIs. The Senior Sales Manager will provide strong leadership and mentorship to the business development team. This position is also responsible for bringing in new enterprise level business, and building accurate forecasts and business updates for the team.

  • Manage business development representatives who are responsible for lead development of all new prospects to achieve established operational and strategic metrics to include but not limited to sales quotas
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing and President
  • Possess or gain thorough knowledge of Immuware’s core markets
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales representatives; conduct performance reviews
  • Manages reporting of operational and strategic metrics by individual business development representative and team
  • Manage allocation of sales leads
  • Manage business development pipeline
  • Manages team to goal attainment
  • Execute processes and implement programs and tools to assist the business development team in meeting and exceeding operational and strategic goals
  • Implement and manage cold prospecting program
  • Ensure CRM is accurately updated by business development representatives
  • Develop the team strategically to grow with the overall company strategy
  • Provide hands on senior management support to sales representatives by executing processes, providing strategic guidance for challenges which arise, participating in software demos, and serving as a SME for contract negotiations
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively across all areas of the business
  • Help drive our brand and value to the marketplace by occasionally traveling to and actively attending conferences and events

We’d Love to Hear from You If:

  • You have 8+ years of proven success in B2B software sales, inside sales, or SaaS sales
  • You have 2-4 years of managing an inside sales team
  • You’re a self-starter, solutions oriented and are enthusiastic about helping the team overcome customer stalls, as well as helping the customer solve the problem our product solves
  • You will quickly gain and demonstrate a high level of understanding of Immuware and its benefits
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of an organization from C-Suite Executives to potential customer business users
  • You have experience with managing and meeting corporate targets.
  • You have experience implementing cold prospecting programs

We Would Especially Love to Hear From You If:

  • You have experience working with government agencies and the healthcare industry
  • Proven and demonstrable success in working with large account customers ($1B and above)
  • Demonstrated proven track record of Enterprise Software sales success
